The show attracted visitors from all over the world eager to witness innovations from globally recognised brands exhibiting at the show such as Lenovo, Philips, Dahua, Samsung, Canon and Tencent Cloud.

SSOT 2024 received widespread acclaim from participants throughout the fairground, highlighting the exceptional networking opportunities and the quality of exhibits and professional buyers attending the event. During the show, the Smart Office Awarding Ceremony 2024 was held in collaboration with Funxun (under the guidance of the Commercial Office Research Council) and SSOT. This event aimed to recognise companies and individuals who have made notable contributions to the field of smart office, helping to foster a future of more intelligent and efficient workplaces.

The fair also featured a series of concurrent forums addressing key topics such as smart meetings, intelligent environmental control, smart facility management, and employee well-being. Collaborating with industry leaders, the fair highlighted how technological advancements are reshaping traditional industries and fostering the growth of new sectors. One example of this was the introduction of the “DISCIEN Future Meeting Zone” at the show, which explored how these innovations can drive the transformation of traditional meeting practices and act as a catalyst for the emergence of new market trends.

Audiences’ comments:

“I came to Shanghai from Shandong specifically to visit the show. Our company is engaged in architecture and design and has business all over the country. Frequently flying to different cities to attend meetings is time-consuming and costly, so I want to learn more about smart office technologies such as screen projection, noise reduction, and voice tracking, so as to reduce the number of business trips in the future. The speakers at the Offismart forum are very good, and some of them are from leading brands such as Tencent Meeting and Canon. I am very interested in them and will visit their booths later.”
Mr Kong Xiao, Design Manager, China Wonderful Industrial Limited
